Research
For current research projects and interests, visit our lab webpage:
                  Wireless Information Systems Lab (WISL)

To summarize, my current research interests roughly are:
  • underwater networking, and specifically efficient localization strategies
  • wireless ad-hoc networking, more specifically sensor networks, investigating topology control, data dissemination, link status, etc. problems
  • energy-efficient wireless communications, under the umbrella of networked embedded systems, exploring techniques on the MAC, link and network layer
  • adaptivity in wireless networks
My background is probably in the intersection between communications (adaptive link layers, radio scaling, turbo coding), networking (sensor networks) and VLSI (turbo coding).
